The Academic UIL Information meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 9th after school in Mrs. Ward's room - 2514.  This meeting will give information about what we do in Ready Writing, Spelling, Literary Criticism, Social Studies AND our awesome new Speech & Debate Coach will be joining us with information about ALL of their categories!!  We are super excited to tell you all about it.  Don't forget - Wednesday, September 9th - Mrs. Ward's Room, 2514 after school.  See you there!!!

Are you interested in physics or science? Want to learn niche physics through hands-on interactive experiments, build a passion project, or compete in national and international competitions? The Physics Club Interest Meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, September 9th, in room 1312 - Mr. Michnick's room. We will have treats, gifts, and fun activities for everyone.  Sophomores & Juniors… Do you strive to be a Leader or to learn more about leadership? Then Lone Star College has a program for you!    Lone Star College Leadership High School! This is a leadership development and community program for sophomores and juniors seeking the confidence, skills and abilities essential to realizing their leadership potential.  Students will meet monthly at Lone Star College to explore best leadership practices and engage in one-on-one discussions with community leaders.  Applications are due September 17th.  One recommendation letter is required. If you are interested in participating, please see Mrs. Nevarez or Ms. Skopal in the counselor’s office for more information.



Afterschool Buses – Need Badge to ride bus.  The Bus doors close 7 minutes after the bell rings at the end of the day.  No one is permitted on the bus once doors close.




Remember that electronic devices are to be put away in a bag for the day, this includes headphones and corded headphones.  There will be no warnings.  If a device is visible to us, we will confiscate it.

  Monday, April 20  Good morning LOBOS!!    The Langham Creek varsity baseball team clinched a playoff berth with a 5-2 victory over Cy Lakes on Friday. This is the second straight playoff appearance for the Lobos and they will be in the playoffs in back-to-back years for the first time since 2009. Many players have had successful seasons this year and the Lobos appreciate the support from fellow students and faculty members. The Lobos will close out the district schedule with games vs. Cy Ranch this week, including at home this Friday. We'll see you at the park! Go Lobos!  SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION is now open!   Tuesday, May 12th  Good morning LOBOS!!    May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We ask all Lobos staff and students to support the CFISD's "Get Your Green On" Day on Friday, May 15th. This district-wide initiative promotes awareness, compassion, and understanding of mental health and encourages students and staff to wear green. The event aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health and show that no one struggles alone. So please wear green clothing, wristbands, or any accessories to support mental health awareness.  Any boys interested in running Cross Country need to attend the information meeting on Tuesday after school in the Football Teamroom   We are proud to congratulate Ruby Laurenzo on qualifying for the UIL Track & Field State Meet!
