Good morning LOBOS!!   

 

First reader: TODAY'S THE DAY LOBOS!!  I know you're all just as excited as I am!  Second reader: Excited about what?!?!

First reader: Duh - Today is the first UIL Ready Writing meeting of the year!!  

Second reader: OHHHH yeah!!!  How could I forget?!

First Reader: Did you know that Langham Creek has taken Writers to STATE competition the past 2 years, and we actually WON state 2 years ago!!!

Second reader:  I bet they're going for a 3-peat this year!!!

First Reader:  You know it!!  So Lobos, whether you were with us last year or are just coming to see what we're all about for the first time, we are excited to welcome you!!  Hope to see you in Mrs. Ward's new room, 2514, after school TODAY!!

Attention Lobos ... AIN'T NO PARTY LIKE AN LC PARTY!   That's right, our Homecoming PARKING LOT PARTY is Next Wednesday!  This EVENT is FREE to attend! There will be tons of games, face painting, friendship bracelets, a live DJ, Food Trucks, and so much MORE! 

The Parking Lot Party is from 4:00 - 6:00 pm in the Parking lot by the Football field.  Then, our Homecoming Pep Rally is from 6:00 - 6:30 PM on the Football Field.  Come cheer on our Lobos to BEAT BRIDGELAND!   


 Homecoming Dance tickets are on sale now in School Cash!  The dance is on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 7 -10 pm. The Last day to purchase dance tickets is Sept 17. Tickets are $25.  The theme this year is: A Night in Rio!

Monday - Generation’s Day - 9th/Babies, 10th/Kids, 11th/Adults, 12th Senior Citizens

Tuesday - Disney vs Marvel - Dress like your favorite Disney or Marvel character

Thursday - Color Wars - 9th/Green, 10th/Blue, 11th/Purple, 12th/Pink

Friday - Hoco Spirit Day -  Wear your HOCO shirt & your mums/garters!

Tomorrow, May 20, 2025,  seniors that are exempting every final will turn in your Chromebook and charger during English class.  Seniors that are taking finals will turn in Chromebook and charger after you have completed your exam(s).   All technology should be turned in no later than noon on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Fees will be assessed for any missing and/or damaged technology SENIOR BREAKFAST is MAY 29,2025!!!!!
