Everyone interested in joining TSA is invited to attend our kickoff meeting this Wednesday. We will discuss how to become a member, how to pay your dues, competitions, fall activities, and upcoming deadlines in October. See you Wednesday, September 17th, in the teaching theater immediately after school!

Then Lone Star College has a program for you!

Lone Star College Leadership High School!!!

This is a leadership development program for seeking confidence and to realizing your leadership potential.  Students will meet monthly at Lone Star College for this program. Applications are due in FOUR DAYS on September 19th. 

If you are interested in participating, please see Mrs.Nevarez or Ms.Skopal in the counselor’s office for more information.

 

AIN'T NO PARTY LIKE AN LC PARTY!  Join us this Wednesday in the parking lot by our Football field from 4:00 - 6:00 PM for a FREE PARTY!  There will be tons of games, face painting, friendship bracelets, a live DJ, Food Trucks, and so much MORE!  After the PARTY, join us on the Football field for our Homecoming Pep Rally as we cheer on our Lobos to Beat Bridgeland Friday Night!  


Students, if you park in the stadium lot next to the football field, you must move your vehicle by 3:00 on Wednesday so we can set up for the Parking Lot Party.  


 Homecoming Dance tickets are on sale now in School Cash!  The dance is on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 7 -10 pm. The Last day to purchase dance tickets is Sept 17. Tickets are $25.  The theme this year is: A Night in Rio!


 HOCO Week Spirit Days

Tuesday - Disney vs Marvel - Dress like your favorite Disney or Marvel character

Wednesday - Meme Day - Dress up as your favorite school - appropriate meme. 

Thursday - Color Wars - 9th/Green, 10th/Blue, 11th/Purple, 12th/Pink

Friday - Hoco Spirit Day -  Wear your HOCO shirt & your mums/garters!





Homecoming Important Dates

Get ready to cheer on our team at the big Homecoming Game on September 19th! 

  • Don't forget the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 20th at the Berry Center! Don’t forget the last day to purchase tickets is September 17. 

  • Voting for King and Queen will be Sept. 17 and 18 in the senior Schoology group.

Tomorrow, May 20, 2025,  seniors that are exempting every final will turn in your Chromebook and charger during English class.  Seniors that are taking finals will turn in Chromebook and charger after you have completed your exam(s).   All technology should be turned in no later than noon on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
