On Tuesday night, our Boys Varsity Soccer Team clinched a playoff spot with a 2-1 win over Cy-Park. They are currently in second place and have 3 more games left in the regular season. Tonight, our lobos take on Waller HS. Please come out and show your support as they celebrate Senior Night at Lobo Stadium. Games are at 4:30/5:45/7:30

All 10th and 11th grade students interested in taking Summer School classes at Lone Star College must complete the Summer Registration Intent form by Friday, February 28 at 9pm. 

The intent form is located on the Dual Credit Handout from the Registration Meeting. Students can also find the link in the LCHS Class of 2026 or 2027 Schoology GROUP in the Resources Folder. 

Again, ALL student planning to take SUMMER DC Classes through Lone Star College must complete the Summer Registration Intent Form by THIS FRIDAY.

 Valentines may have passed but join SPARKS for one last Valentine celebration THIS FRIDAY, February 28th in the auxiliary gym from 6:30 to 8:30. Dress code theme is red, white and pink! Come play games, dance and hang out with us. You can earn hours for helping setup and take down as well as for food and drink donations! 

Good luck to our Bailadora's in their last competition of the season tomorrow, March 1st at Randell High School!

Interested in being in the Health Science Theory and Clinical or the Practicum in Health Science courses for next school year? We will have interest meetings in room 1912 at 2:50, on Wednesday, February 26th and Monday, March 3rd. Interested students are strongly encouraged to attend for information on submitting the district’s mandatory Declaration of Interest form. This form is due the Monday we return from spring break.”

“Tomorrow is the last day for Penny Wars!! Look for a colorful decorated bottle that says Outreach Vietnam in your 2nd period class. You can bring cash or coins; these proceeds will go to kids in need of an education in Vietnam, specifically to kids at the Anh Linh School. The class with the most proceeds by the end of February will receive a donut party!”

Seniors, Seniors, Seniors

Calling all seniors! Do you want to participate in a fun spring event? Powderpuff registration is NOW open.  There are limited spots to play and participate so sign up now!  Look around the school for the nearest PINK poster, ask a senior class officer, or find Coach Steward! The senior girls will play flag football, and our senior guys will help coach, cheer, or dance.  Our Wolfpack is open to every senior! Sign up now for a bunch of fun! Registrations will close next Friday, March 7th before Spring Break. Let's Go Lobos!

The 2nd Semester Early Release stickers are now available in the Counseling Office.  Please swing by to pick-up your Early Release sticker if you haven’t done so already.  All Early Release students must have a new 2nd Semester sticker.  Don’t put this privilege in jeopardy by not getting a sticker.  

Attention class of 2025.  Are you interested in being a speaker at your graduation?  Applications are now being taken for 3 speaking roles.  To be eligible you must be in the top 25% of the class.  The link to apply is in the Class of 2025 Schoology page.  Applications due by February 28th.  See Ms. Nolen if you have questions.
