Last Saturday, the Langham Creek Robotics team hosted their first Vex Robotics tournament here at Langham Creek.  Over 40 teams participated for a ticket to the Texas state championship. Three teams ranked within the top 15 and advanced to the playoff rounds. Team “Lobos Rojos” made it to the semifinals but were defeated with a close score of 29-21.  LC Rampage & LC Phantom had 4 wins & 2 losses but were eliminated in the quarterfinals matchups with scores of 16-11 and 30-13.

 Great job, Lobos!  Their next competition will be this Friday at the UIL 6A state championship.

 

Lobo Nation, today your boys' basketball teams will face Waller High School at Langham Creek. Game times are Freshman A & B at 4:00, JV & Sophomore at 5:30, and the varsity game will start at 7:00 PM. Tonight, will also be our Senior Night game for our varsity team! Be sure to support Lobo Hoops and be there for our Senior Night! See you in the stands!

Good Morning Lobo Nation! The Award Winning LCHS choir program is having their annual Pop Show this weekend on January 31st and February 1st at 7PM. This year’s theme is “Songs of the Stage and Screen” highlighting the great music found on Broadway, Movies and TV Shows. Tickets can be found online through the QR codes that are posted throughout the school and at lunches. Student Tickets are $8, General admission tickets are $12, Preferred Tickets are $15. The prices go up to $20 at the door, so don’t wait to buy your tickets! Come see this amazing show and enjoy a special guest performance from our LCHS teachers! P.S. Even if you aren’t being bullied on the internet, you should be careful about everything you post, because you never know who will end up seeing your pictures and reading your messages. Posting bad pictures of yourself or someone else can remain on the web for a very long time.

Tomorrow, May 20, 2025,  seniors that are exempting every final will turn in your Chromebook and charger during English class.  Seniors that are taking finals will turn in Chromebook and charger after you have completed your exam(s).   All technology should be turned in no later than noon on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
