Speaker 1: Now that you've got the first grading period (almost) done, and you've ALL polished up your writing skills, it's time to think about joining UIL Ready Writing!
Speaker 2: What's that you ask? Well - it's for people who enjoy expressing their opinions through writing - and it's a competition about who does the better job of getting their points across.
Speaker 3: Langham Creek High School won District in Ready Writing last year - AND one of our students WON STATE last year in Austin!
Speaker 1: yeah - Langham is pretty awesome like that.
Speaker 2: So if you're interested in learning more about UIL Ready Writing, come to the interest meeting on Tuesday, October 15, in Mrs. Ward's room, 2407.
Speaker 3: It's Just an informational introduction type meeting - no pressuring at all! Hope to see you there! 🙂
Langham Creek is Anti-Bullying
