"Congratulations to all our students who competed in the District UIL Academic meet this Saturday at CyLakes. 

In the Spelling contest a team member placed 6th. 

Ready Writing team members placed 2nd and 3rd with both advancing to Regionals. 

In Journalism events, the team took Overall Journalism District Champion for the second year running, with member placing:

1st, 4th, and 5th place in Copy Editing, 

1st, 3rd, and 4th place in New Writing, 

2nd in Feature Writing, 

1st, 3rd, and 4th place in editorial writing, 

And 1st and 4th period in Headline writing.

These wins will have Langham Creek Journalism competing in 7 spots at the Regional meet. Congratulations, UIL Academics!






This weekend the Technology Student Association competed in their state competition in Fort Worth. They did amazing and brought home 19 first-place finishes, 10 second-place finishes, and 9 third-place. On top of that, we want to give a special congratulations to Natalia Nguyen, who won a $1,500 scholarship, and Milani Casanova, who was elected TSA officer for the entire state of Texas. They both have worked incredibly hard this year and have made TSA so proud. 

Congratulations to everyone who competed this year. Can’t wait to see what we accomplish next year.



 The boys and girls Track & Field Coaching Staff would like to thank everyone who represented Langham Creek High School at the 16-6A District Track Meet. We would also like to congratulate all of the athletes who qualified for the 15-6A and 16-6A Area Meet. The Area Meet will be April 12th at Tomball High School Cougar Stadium at 5:00 pm. Please come out and support. GO LOBO NATION!

·        If you didn't pay your Senior Fee, you will need to purchase an individual ticket for yourself through School Cash.   

·        If you are bringing a guest, you will have to pay for your guest through School Cash.  



 Seniors, you can register to vote Next Friday, April 12 thru your Economics, or Government classes just ask your teacher.
