Lobos! Let’s wish our Bailadoras good luck as they attend their first competition this weekend with Ascension Dance. The Bailadoras are competing 5 Officer Routines, 4 team routines, 1 Onyx Elite Routine,17 solos and 1 duet.

 

Listless Creations - A Vital Enterprise - will be selling Valentine’s goodies like Large Paper Candy Bouquets for $8 and Small ones for $4. Come grab one or perhaps you want a 2 for $1 Flower Lollipop instead. They will be set up in the West wing hallway where exemption cards have been passed out during all lunches for you to visit on 2/9, 2/13 and 2/14. Cash is preferred but they plan to accept schoolcash as well.”

Lobo Nation, tonight your Lobo Boys Basketball Program will travel to Bridgeland High School to face the Bears! The Freshman A & B will play at 4:00, the JV & Sophomore team will play at 5:30 & the varsity game tips off at 7:00! Be sure to show up and support Lobo Hoops! See you in the stands!

If you are interested in having early release or late arrival in your schedule next year, or you are using it as an alternate to your course selection, please be sure to complete an application and submit it by February 15th.  These applications, as well as the Student Assistant applications, are available in the Counseling Office and need to be returned to the Counseling Office by the deadline.

The Outreach Vietnam’s Penny Wars is back again. All donations will be dedicated to funding the Anh Linh School, which provides free education and housing to underprivileged children in Vietnam.  Each 2nd Period class has a Penny Wars donation bottle and will compete to see which class can raise the most money. The competition runs through the month of February, and the class who donates the most will win a donut party. Donate your spare change now and get your class to a quick lead!(End date 2/29)
