Congratulations go to Lobo Diver Jailen Cervantes, your 2024 District Champion!  The Lobo girls’ team finished with a solid third place result, out of the 8 teams in District 18.

 Our last competition for the year will be the Regional Championship, next Friday, 2/9, at the CFISD Natatorium at 5:30pm.

The Outreach Vietnam’s Penny Wars is back again. All donations will be dedicated to funding the Anh Linh School, which provides free education and housing to underprivileged children in Vietnam.  Each 2nd Period class has a Penny Wars donation bottle and will compete to see which class can raise the most money. The competition runs through the month of February, and the class who donates the most will win a donut party. Donate your spare change now and get your class to a quick lead!"  (End date 2/29)

 

 Students and Staff,  this Friday, February 2nd HOSA (HoSaa)  is hosting a blood drive to benefit MD Anderson Cancer Hospital.  Staff check your email for information regarding how you can sign up to donate.  For students, permission slips are being handed out in each of the 4 lunches through Wednesday January 31st.  You must be at least 17 years of age and you must bring back the permission slip signed by a parent.  You can drop the permission slips off between now and Thursday morning in rooms 1913 & 1912.  Don't forget the day of the blood drive, eat a health and full breakfast.  RUN THIS ONE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.   I will send another one for Thursday.


Good Morning Lobo Nation! The Award Winning LCHS choir program is having their annual Pop Show on February 2nd and 3rd at 7PM. This year’s theme is “Through the Years” as we highlight the 40 years of Langham Creek history. Tickets can be found online through the QR codes that are posted throughout the school. Student Tickets are $5, General admission tickets are $10, Preferred Tickets are $12. The prices go up to $15 at the door, so don’t wait to buy your tickets! Come see this amazing show and enjoy a special guest performance from our LCHS teachers! P.S. Teachers, it is still not too late to sign up.


Lobos! Join the Bailadoras this Thursday at Cane’s off Barker Cypress from 3-10pm for our Spirit night!

 The Bailadoras are Excited to present their 2024 Contest routines! Come out this Saturday to Sneak Peek from 5-8pm in the performance gym. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $12.


Interested in becoming a cheerleader or a mascot? We want you! Scan the QR code on the flyers posted around the school. Experience is not required but is encouraged. Attend the student meeting this Thursday at 2:50pm in room 2610 or stop by anytime to ask questions.

Tomorrow, May 20, 2025,  seniors that are exempting every final will turn in your Chromebook and charger during English class.  Seniors that are taking finals will turn in Chromebook and charger after you have completed your exam(s).   All technology should be turned in no later than noon on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
