 Cancer is Quack wraps up today. You have only today to purchase ducks for a great cause, The American Cancer Society! Only $2 each with only a few remaining! Remember to find your match and post a selfie on your Social media apps with #CancerIsQuack and #LCHSFineArts! There are still special rewards for matching with the Wanted Admin and Fine Arts Directors! Fine Arts Council is excited to be so close to their goal. Help us get there!

Varsity Football is facing off against Cy Woods at The Berry Center tonight for our Homecoming game.  Kickoff is at 7pm.  Make sure to wear your Homecoming shirts!  

Volleyball is playing against Cy Falls, here at Langham this afternoon.  Varsity plays at 4pm, Freshman B at 4;30 and Freshman A & JV at 5;30.

Tickets will be sold during all lunches today. Remember, we only accept Debit, Credit, Google Pay and Apple as payment.

If you are attending the Night in Pandora Homecoming Dance, doors open at 8 pm and your ride should be there to pick you up at 11 pm.  Enter ONLY through Entrance 3, which is at the back of the Berry Center.  Please do not enter the Berry Center at the light.  You should either enter from West Road or at the Barker entrance without the light.   Tickets must have been pre-purchased and are only good for the purchaser.  Tickets will be be accepted for entry for anyone but the name they were purchased with (no give aways or selling tickets).  There are no ticket sales at the door.  

Good morning Lobos!! It's finally time for English and Social Studies UIL to meet and get this year started strong!! If you like spelling, writing, and/or analyzing literature, come see what the English UIL program is about!  If you like history, then Social Studies UIL might be your place to shine!  We'd LOVE for you to join our team and grow the Academic UIL program at Langham Creek.  Ms. Wyatt and Mrs. Ward are looking forward to seeing you in Mrs. Ward's room, 2607, after school on Wednesday, October 11th.  Please stop by to see what we're about!

Seniors, just a reminder, you can register to vote today thru your Economics, Government, or English class. Just ask your teacher for the details.

Students and Staff.  Langham Creek SALT and the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center will host a Blood Drive next Tuesday, October 10.  Join us in saving lives in the Lego Gym!  Students must be at least 16 years old to donate, and a parental consent form is needed if you are under 17. Pick up consent forms from the clinic today.  

Every blood donor will receive a free Space City themed t-shirt - “Blood Donors are Outta this World!” Come help save a life.

Seniors, If you haven’t made your Senior Photo studio appointment with Prestige photo, you have one last opportunity to take your Senior photo on campus.  

On-campus photos will be on Thursday, October 19th & Friday, October 20th throughout the school day. The on-campus photoshoot is free of charge for the yearbook picture, but other sitting options are available if you want more options.

Sign-up is in the AP office, space is limited so sign up quickly. 

Remember, that to appear in the 2024 Senior Section of the Yearbook, you must be photographed here on campus with Prestige Portraits or at the Prestige Studios by no later than October 21st.

Students, if you qualified for Free/Reduced meals last year AND have not completed an application this year, your account will revert to PAID meals on October 10th. You must complete a new application to qualify for this year. 

Your eligibility in this program also qualifies you for other discounts, such as reduced fees for AP exams, Dual Credit Courses, Credit by Exam, and even waivers for SAT or ACT exams.
