Attention Future Business Leaders of America!
Thank you all for coming to our Halloween social! We are so glad everyone had a great time and we hope to see you all at our next meeting. Usually our meetings will be on Thursdays; however, we will be having a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, October 31st, to make sure you are all prepared for our induction ceremony on Thursday, November 2nd. You will all be fully inducted as FBLA members and will receive a certificate of membership. Our link to the RSVP will be posted in remind and on our instagram. The induction ceremony will be at 5:00 PM in the teaching theater. See you there!
Lobos, supporting the Community is our priority. The Life Skills VITAL 18+ program is helping to support our community sponsors from the Cy Hope Hope Chest. Cy Hope provides many needed services for students in the Cypress Fairbanks district. The new Hope Chest location in Katy is in need of clothing donations and toys for the upcoming holiday season.
Students and staff can bring their gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, and housewares to the VITAL classroom in 1301 now through November 15th.
We are also accepting gently used and new toys for the Holiday drive, supporting our community's needy children. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Ms. McDonnell in room 1301.
Lobos, it’s the last day of Red Ribbon Week and we want to thank you for your participation in supporting healthy, drug free lifestyles. We hope you’ve really thought about the meaning of this year’s theme: Be Kind To Your Mind. Live Drug Free. Reflect on how making healthy choices will help you achieve your goals in life - while having fun in the process. We only want the best for you and can’t wait to see what you can achieve! Thank you for participating in this year’s Red Ribbon Week and remember, “Be Kind To Your Mind. Live Drug Free!”
