Hey Langham, come and support your fellow Lobos!

Cross Country will be participating in the 16-6A District Championship this morning, at Spring Creek Park in Tomball.  Best of Luck Lobos!

Volleyball is playing against Cy Springs, here at Langham this afternoon.  Matches are at 4:30 and 5:30.  Come out to cheer on our volleyball team and celebrate Senior Night!



The Langham Creek Bailadoras are hosting their Dance clinic Thursday, November 9th at Aragon middle school gym from 4:30-6:30pm. This is open to all 6th-11th graders who are interested in auditioning for the Bailadoras in the spring. Find their posters posted around the school to scan the QR code and register.

 

Lobos, the Computer Science Club meets every Tuesday after school in room 1706 and the Computer Science UIL meets after school every Thursday In room 1706.

The Langham Creek Theatre Ensemble presents Alabama Story, October 12th, 13th and 14th at 7:00 PM and October 15 at 2:00 PM in the LCHS Black Box space.It’s a story about resilience in a time of tense civil unrest in Montgomery, Alabama. Student tickets can be purchased online through the QR codes on the posters throughout the school, as well as at the door! See you at the show!


Seniors, If you haven’t made your Senior Photo studio appointment with Prestige photo, you have one last opportunity to take your Senior photo on campus.  

On-campus photos will be on Thursday, October 19th & Friday, October 20th throughout the school day. The on-campus photoshoot is free of charge for the yearbook picture, but other sitting options are available if you want more options.

Sign-up is in the AP office, space is limited so sign up quickly. 

Remember, to appear in the 2024 Senior Section of the Yearbook, you must be photographed here on campus with Prestige Portraits or at the Prestige Studios by no later than October 21st.

Juniors and Seniors! Confused about what you want to do after high school? Not sure what career path is for you? Sign up to take the ASVAB!

The ASVAB is a career planning and exploration assessment that combines a multiple-aptitude test with an interest self-assessment and a wide range of career exploration tools. It is offered free to any interested junior or senior here at Langham Creek on the morning of Tuesday, October 24th.

The ASVAB is not a military assessment, instead it is a test that can help you decide which college to attend and what to study.  It can help you confirm your current college or career plans and identify college or career options that you may not have considered. The ASVAB is an excellent assessment for any student who is still unsure about their future career path.

 


To sign up, scan the QR code that can be found on flyers around the school, in your English and History classes, or in the counselor’s office. If you have any questions please stop by to see Mrs. Twidell or Ms. Skopal in the counseling office.

The ASVAB is offered free to the first 100 Juniors and Seniors who sign up before the deadline of October 18th .

 

Students, there will be a German Club meeting Tuesday, October 17th, after school in room 2602.



Attention all students! If you are parking on campus you must have purchased a parking pass through your School Cash account. Vehicles without a parking pass are subject to getting stickered and being towed.
