 Seniors, it’s time to sign up to take your Senior Photo on Campus or at Prestige Photo Studios. On-campus photos will be Thursday, September 14th & Friday, September 15th.

Sign-up is in the AP office, space is limited so sign up quickly. 

Remember, to appear in the 2023 Senior Section of the Yearbook, you must be photographed with Prestige Portraits. The Yearbook pose is free of charge, other sitting options are available. Studio Appointments give you more time and can be made by calling Prestige, pictures must be taken before Oct 21st.

 


Lobos, do you strive to be a Leader?  Lone Star College offers Leadership High School.  This is a dynamic leadership development and community awareness program for sophomore and juniors seeking the confidence, skills and abilities essential to realizing your leadership potential.  Students will meet monthly at Lone Star College to explore best leadership practices and engage in one on one discussions with community leaders.  Applications are due September 22nd.  If you are interested in participating, please see Mrs. Davis or Mrs. Twidell in the counselor’s office for more information. 



Lobos, AP Registration is open! If you are planning to take any AP Exams this year, please visit the Langham Creek website, see your AP teacher or you may contact Mrs. Julie Gonzalez in the Counseling office for questions.


Students, want to join a nationally ranked and recognized STEM program where you make projects, go to competitions, and make new friends?? JOIN TSA! The interest meeting is Monday after school in room 1915, hope to see you there!


Lobos, are you seeking more volunteer hours or letterman points? Then, join SPARKS, an organization in which you get to know and include our Life Skills friends and help boost their high school experience with fun social events. To learn more about SPARKS, Attend our first meeting on Wednesday, September 13th in the teaching theater. We hope to see you there!

Good Morning Lobos, if you are a junior or a senior and are interested in science come check out the Science National Honor Society on Tuesday, September 12 in the library, right after school. We can’t wait to see you guys there!


Lobos, the Computer Science club will be meeting on Tuesday and Thursday of this week in Mr. Crowson’s room 1706.


The Langham Creek Chess Club will begin meeting this Tuesday, and every Tuesday, after school in room 2201. If you have any questions see Coach Story for details. All are welcome.


Students, if you qualified for Free/Reduced meals last year AND have not completed an application this year, your account will revert to PAID meals on October 10th. You must complete a new application to qualify for this year. 

Remember, your eligibility in this program also qualifies you for other discounts, such as reduced fees for AP exams, Dual Credit Courses, Credit by Exam, and even waivers for SAT or ACT exams.

  Monday, May 19        Seniors, it’s time. Tomorrow, May 20, 2025,  seniors that are exempting every final will turn in your Chromebook and charger during English class.  Seniors that are taking finals will turn in Chromebook and charger after you have completed your exam(s).   All technology should be turned in no later than noon on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Fees will be assessed for any missing and/or damaged technology SENIOR BREAKFAST is MAY 29,2025!!!!!
